Legal overview

If you believe Tamil UI accidentally includes material that infringes your rights, send a specific request. The project prefers correction, credit, replacement, or removal over conflict.

1. Original Tamil UI material

Tamil UI articles, written explanations, page copy, educational diagrams, custom UI examples, generated illustrations, and brand presentation are protected by copyright unless a page clearly states a different license.

2. Code license

Reusable code published in the project repository or npm package may be covered by the license file included with that code, such as MIT where stated. The code license does not automatically grant rights to reuse all site content, articles, screenshots, brand assets, videos, or illustrations.

3. Third-party material

Tamil UI may reference third-party names, logos, products, government websites, libraries, screenshots, video embeds, or public documents for identification, commentary, education, compatibility, or attribution. Ownership remains with the respective rights holders.

4. Public documents and official sources

Where public laws, government pages, standards, or official sources are referenced, Tamil UI aims to link back to the original source and use only what is needed for explanation. Readers should verify official documents directly.

5. Trademarks

Tamil UI, third-party product names, government names, platform names, and logos may be trademarks of their owners. Mentioning a mark does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

6. Takedown or correction requests

To request removal, correction, or attribution, send enough detail for the project to identify and review the concern.

  • Your name and rights-holder relationship.
  • The exact Tamil UI URL or file path where the concern appears.
  • A description or URL of the original copyrighted work.
  • What you want changed: removal, credit, replacement, source link, or correction.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized or inaccurate.
  • A way to contact you for follow-up.

7. Contact path

Until a dedicated legal email is published, contact Selva through Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/selva_toi or through the GitHub profile linked from the footer. If the project receives a credible claim, it may temporarily remove disputed material while reviewing it.
