Project Independence Statement

This statement exists to make the project boundary clear for employers, clients, public institutions, contributors, and readers.

Legal overview

Tamil UI is maintained as a personal public-awareness and open-source education project. It should not be treated as employer work, client work, official procurement work, or government work.

1. Personal project

Tamil UI is created and maintained as a personal initiative by Selva Kumar K to improve Tamil-first UI awareness, accessibility, design education, and reusable design-system thinking.

2. Employer separation

The project does not represent Selva's employer. It is not built with employer confidential information, employer source code, internal documents, client data, private roadmaps, or proprietary workplace material.

3. No client or institution endorsement

Any mention of public institutions, government websites, products, tools, or platforms is for education, commentary, UX analysis, compatibility, or public reference. It does not mean those institutions endorse Tamil UI.

4. Public-awareness purpose

The project is meant to teach and demonstrate better Tamil UI patterns. Public-service examples are concept models that help designers understand accessibility, language, layout, and service clarity.

5. Confidentiality boundary

Do not send confidential employer or client material to Tamil UI.
Do not ask Tamil UI to reproduce private workplace designs or systems.
Do not treat public demos as evidence of access to any private government or company system.
If any material appears to conflict with confidentiality obligations, contact the project for review and removal.

6. Conflict response

If an employer, client, rights holder, or public institution has a reasonable concern, the project will review the issue in good faith and may clarify, revise, remove, or replace material as appropriate.
